HEAL TOOTH DECAY AND REVERSE CAVITIES NATURALLY


There is a widely accepted belief today about tooth cavities that once you have tooth decay, the hole can never be reversed. Many think the only solution to dental wellness is to have part of the tooth drilled out and filled with certain materials and the cause of the tooth decay is ignored in most cases. However, evidence has shown that there are ways to reverse cavities naturally and prevent further tooth decay. 
The British Medical Journal, published an article showing that cavities and tooth decay could potentially be reversed with a healthy diet rich in protein, calcium and vitamin D

1 Eliminate sugar from the diet. Eliminate artificial foods and highly processed foods
2. Rinse mouth after meals and brush with tooth paste rich in calcium and other minerals
3. Eat  fresh foods rich in protein, calcium magnesium and vitamins A,D,E and K
such foods include: meat fish, egg, milk, raw and cooked green leafy vegetables, nuts, fermented grains, dairy products without sugar.
In summary, the main things that lead to tooth decay are lack of minerals in the diet (calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus deficiency); lack of fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K, especially vitamin D deficiency); too much consumption of acid-rich foods and processed sugar.
Reverse or halt progression of cavities naturally by removing sugar, eliminating acidic foods like soda, coffee, consume raw dairy and nutrient-rich foods like meat broth, vegetable soups, dairy products. Use mineral rich toothpaste, expose skin to early morning sunlight for Vitamin D and do dental flossing regularly.
